Application and Enrollment

King's welcomes students with a wide range of learning styles and academic backgrounds. There is no entrance exam, although copies of academic records are requested with each student's application.

Inquiry

 

Invitation of Application

  • Complete the online Application Form when invited by King’s Admissions Team
  • Submit report cards from the previous 2 years of school
  • Submit IEPs from the previous 2 years of school
  • Submit all psychoeducational assessments
  • Submit Credit Counselling Summary (Grades 10, 11 & 12)

 

Tour and Interview

  • The student and parent(s)/guardian(s) meet with a member of the Admissions Team, either in person or online

 

Offer of Enrollment and Contract

  • Upon completion of the Interview, an offer of Enrollment and Contract is sent by the Admissions Team
  • Submit a copy of the student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Submit a signed copy of the King’s Student Charter
  • Complete the Membership Application
  • Submit a signed copy of the Parental Agreement
  • Submit the Ontario School Record form (so records can move from student’s previous school to King’s)
  • Sign Contract Agreement
  • Submit payment of the Capital Levy and Membership fees
  • Complete tuition payment arrangements (via monthly withdrawals or payment in full)
  • Upon acceptance and payment, a letter confirming enrollment will be sent
