King’s Campus

The ever-expanding campus at King’s is conveniently situated at the southwest corner of Burnhamthorpe Rd. and Neyagawa Blvd. in north Oakville, just seconds from the 407. Bright, spacious classrooms and labs are complemented by a multi-purpose gymnasium with a fully equipped performance stage, a 4,000-square foot music conservatory, a two-storey art studio, a stunning library, a full-service cafeteria and a soaring atrium.

The outside campus boasts three tennis courts, a picturesque pond and a multi-purpose artificial-turf athletics field, complete with electronic score board, dugouts for baseball, bleachers and sitting areas.

The entire campus is fully accessible to those with mobility challenges and includes an elevator.

These stunning features are enjoyed by staff and students, and are available to the public to rent for use as well. Learn more >

Technology

At King’s, we seek out innovative approaches to teaching and learning. SmartBoard technology, in particular, has impacted how teachers plan and deliver lessons. This technology allows students to be engaged visually. Notes can be saved electronically and sent to students later in the day. We also recognize that not all technology can be used effectively in the classroom. It is the expert teacher who plans lessons with students in mind, and then decides how and if technology will be an effective tool for the class activity.

Cafeteria and Nutrition

The King’s Cafeteria operates every school day, providing hot, healthy meals and snacks to staff, students and visitors.

Open daily for breakfast before school begins, the King’s Cafe offers bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, juice and other breakfast items. A hot breakfast is served on Friday.

Lunch is a welcome break midday, as everyone anxiously anticipates Dana Hospitality’s daily offerings, made fresh on the premises. Daily selections always include fresh sandwiches, wraps, subs, several kinds of pizza, a minimum of two hot entrees (complete with potato and vegetable), soup, individually prepared vegetable or fruit salads and leafy green salad. All food is prepared on site using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. Because the health of our students is a primary concern, the King’s Cafe does not offer any fried foods, nor do the drink machines dispense pop.

Dining Meal Plan Payment Cards

In partnership with Dana Hospitality, students are able to use their King’s student card for all purchases.
